I have been coming to this chat room on and off for the last six years. It is full of good people and great support. I am very grateful for those that began the room and those that actively support it now. It means that someone like me can disappear for months, sometimes years but are always welcomed back. This is a true supportive environment and a great online resource of support for those of us that supper from anxiety and related disorders.
